Step 01 / 06 · Raw sheet
It starts as one jumbo sheet.
Low-iron float glass arrives in full jumbo sheets and is checked for distortion and edge chips before it touches the table.

Step 02 / 06 · CNC cutting
Cut on CNC, to the millimetre.
Railing panels, door blanks and patch-fitting holes are nested on one sheet and cut by a CNC bridge. Less waste, tighter tolerances, joints that line up on site.

Step 03 / 06 · Edge & temper
Heated to 620 °C, then quenched.
After edging and polishing, every panel is tempered. Rapid air cooling locks the surface in compression, making it roughly four times stronger than annealed glass.

Step 04 / 06 · Loading
Lifted by vacuum, never dragged.
Finished panels go onto padded A-frames with vacuum lifters, labelled by floor and unit so the install sequence is set before the truck leaves.

Step 05 / 06 · Delivery
Driven by the crew that installs it.
The people who measured your site bring the glass to it. No courier handoffs, and no surprises at the loading bay.

Step 06 / 06 · Installation
Set floor by floor, then signed off.
Panels drop into aluminum base shoe or post-and-clamp systems, then get plumbed, shimmed, capped and sealed. The same standard on a hillside home or the twentieth floor.
